What fabric do you use?
All PAHUNN pieces are crafted from premium linen. We source natural, breathable linen that is lightweight, textured, and becomes more characterful with every wear.

Is linen suitable for Indian weather?
Absolutely. Linen is one of the best fabrics for warm climates — it is highly breathable, moisture-wicking, and keeps you cool even in the heat. It is the fabric India has worn for centuries.

Do your pieces wrinkle easily?
Linen does crease naturally, and we consider that part of its character. A light iron or steamer will smooth it out. Over time, many of our customers embrace the relaxed texture as part of the PAHUNN aesthetic.

SIZING

How do I find my size?
We recommend referring to the size guide available on each product page. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit — which suits the PAHUNN silhouette well.

Do your garments shrink after washing?
Linen can shrink slightly if washed in hot water. We recommend cold or lukewarm water and air drying to maintain the fit and quality of your garment.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

How should I care for my PAHUNN pieces?
For best results:

Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water, or hand wash
Use a mild detergent
Air dry in shade — avoid tumble drying
Iron on medium heat while slightly damp, or use a steamer
Store folded or hung — both work well for linen

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within India takes 4–7 business days. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within India only. International shipping will be available soon — stay tuned.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for the full process.

Can I exchange for a different size?
