We want you to love every piece you receive from PAHUNN. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition with all tags intact
  • In its original packaging

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for return.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  1. Email us at hello@pahunn.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange
  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Sale items and items purchased during promotional periods are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
